HISTORY OF TSK BOUTIQUE
I am a woman who has been through a lot and has overcome many obstacles. In doing that, I have dedicated my life to being a motivator and mentor to many others who have overcome themselves. I am a giver by nature.
TSK Boutique is a men's and women's accessory store. We sell everything from handbags, men's and women's hats, jewelry and other fashion accessories. We also provide rental space in another section separate from the store for small events, birthday parties, and more.
Our store is located in Eastpointe, MI. We wanted to be located on a main street with easy access to travelers going to and from the city.
The idea for the store got started right after my son Robert was murdered. It was one of those instances where he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was a young man, bright future, handsome smile and one of the most mild mannered people you would meet. He had come to me one day and said that he
was depressed because he had just graduated from school and no one would give him a job, because he had no experience, So when he passed away, I took everything I had to invest in this store because although I didn't get a chance to help my son, I wanted to help other young people in my community like him gain experience and learn how to be an entrepreneur.
I stepped out on faith and used my own money to launch the store. I started in 2012; I went from selling accessories out of my basement, to the 8 Mile Trade Center, to now having my own brick and mortar store within three years. Now I'm teaching the younger generation how to first and foremost learn the basics of customer service, which is a stepping stone for any person who is looking to acquire skills that will take them to the next level.They will learn all the fundamentals of running a store, such as inventory, maintenance so that when or if they ever go out to get a job, and someone asks them if they have any kind of experience they can say proudly, 'YES!' I'm teaching and mentoring young ENTREPRENEURS for their future, and it starts with educating them and giving them a chance today.

TSK Boutique started out in 2012; it went from being an accessory based store in a basement, to progressing as a booth inside of the 8 Mile Trade Center, to now having a full fledged brick and mortar store within three years. By branching out to the online market, TSK is looking to further serve customers and provide the latest fashions and accessories on a national and international level..
